Mail Order Pre-Ordering Rules & Guidelines Only VIP members may Pre-Order titles. You must place your Pre-Orders by phone (888-GROOVE-4 ext 103) or via email(mailorder@PROTECTED). Do not attempt to place Pre-Orders via the website. You will not be charged for Pre-Order titles until they are shipped to you. We will notify you when your Pre-Orders have arrived. You then have one week to make any additions. After a week we will ship your Pre-Orders to you and charge you accordingly. You may cancel any Pre-Orders before we have notified you that they are in stock or they show as New Releases on our website. Once we have notified you or they have been listed as New Releases you are obligated to purchase them. If you refuse the order or to pay for the order you will be banned from Pre-Ordering any items in the future. Please keep in mind that some Pre-Order items may take longer to arrive than others, due to a variety of factors such as frequency of shipment from a distributor, manufacturing delays, or reduction of stock by a supplier.
