New full-length release from the SLOWFOOT label comes from CRACKLE. "HEAVY WATER" is loosely based on the JIM DODGE novel of the same name, blending elements of dub, electronica, free jazz, and world music into some lo-fi leftfield soundscapes that evoke thoughts of ENO, MORRICONI, and PERRY.
